Terms of Service

1. Engagement
By booking a consultation or commissioning a cover, you enter an agreement with WowPlum (the "Studio"). A 50% deposit is required before work begins; the remaining 50% is due before final files are released.
2. Scope & Revisions
Each package includes a defined number of concepts and revision rounds, outlined on the Packages page. Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are billed at $95/hour.
3. Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 2, 4 weeks from project kickoff, depending on package. Rush delivery is available for a 30% surcharge.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, you receive full commercial usage rights to the final cover design for your book. The Studio retains the right to display the work in our portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Refund & Guarantee
If you are not satisfied after the initial concept round, you may request a full refund of your deposit within 7 days of concept delivery. After approving concepts to move into revision, deposits become non-refundable.
6. Cancellation
Either party may cancel the engagement in writing. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced pro rata against the deposit.
7. Liability
The Studio's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the project. We are not liable for any third-party stock licensing fees, printing errors, or sales outcomes.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
